What is the first step to working together?

There are two ways to get started with Vital Fertility™: Option 1: Book a Complimentary Clarity Call If you're unsure where to begin, we'll discuss your goals, medical history, previous testing, and determine the most appropriate next step for you. Option 2 : Order the Fertility Foundations Lab Panel If you're ready to begin with comprehensive fertility bloodwork, you can order the panel directly without a consultation. Once your results are available, you'll have the option to schedule a Lab Insight Session for a detailed review, personalized recommendations, and next-step guidance.

What happens during a Clarity Call?

During your Clarity Call, we’ll talk through your goals, your cycle history, what you’ve already tried, and where things feel unclear or stuck. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and when you decide to move forward, you'll know exactly what the next steps look like and which program is right for you.

How long does it take to see results for fertility/hormone support?

It depends on your goals, your timeline, and what we uncover. Some feel best supported in a shorter-term roadmap phase, while others benefit from ongoing care over several months to stabilize hormones, strengthen cycles, and build momentum.

Can you help me if my labs are normal but I’m still not getting pregnant?

It’s very common for labs to look “normal” and still have underlying patterns affecting fertility. We look deeper at your full picture (cycle history, symptoms, and advanced testing when needed) to identify root causes and create a clear next-step roadmap.

Do you work with women with PCOS, irregular cycles, endometriosis, thyroid problems or hormone imbalance?

Yes. These are some of the most common patterns we support, and they often respond beautifully to the right testing, strategy, and consistent implementation.

Do you work with IVF or IUI patients?

Yes. Many people work with us alongside conventional fertility care. We help support the foundations; hormones, inflammation, nutrient status, metabolism, and cycle health, so your body is better prepared and supported through each phase and ready for ART.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, Vital Fertility is a private-pay practice. Some clients may be able to use HSA/FSA funds depending on their plan. If you have questions, we’re happy to help you navigate your options.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment options are available for most programs, and we’ll go over details when you’re ready to take the next step.

Do you offer other hormone or women’s health services?

Yes, while our main focus is fertility and hormone optimization. We support related areas such as lymphatic health (Flowpresso) and hormone balance during perimenopause. BHRT services are launching soon.

Do you work with clients virtually?

Yes. Many clients work with us virtually, and it’s a great fit for structured support, lab review, and ongoing implementation.
